Willamette Appliance Co. is a locally owned appliance repair company serving the Portland Metro area. We built this company specifically for the Pacific Northwest market because Portland's persistent humidity and soft water create appliance failure patterns that out-of-area companies and national chains consistently misdiagnose. A front-load washer with door gasket mold in Portland is a humidity problem, not a water chemistry problem. A dryer with a blocked vent in Gresham has moisture-loaded lint, not standard dry-climate lint. We identify PNW-specific root causes on every relevant service call.
